Your Certification Journey
Follow the complete process from registration through to earning your globally recognized credential.
Create an Account
Sign up for free on the OKRstudy™ portal. Your account is your central hub for study materials, progress tracking, and managing all aspects of your certification.
Enroll in Training
Select the learning format that works best for you. Attend a free 3-hour instructor-led virtual class covering the fundamentals, or sign up for advanced online courses such as OKR Professional (OKRP) or OKR with Agile (OKRAC) through authorized global training providers.
Prepare for Exam
Build your knowledge using the official OKRBOK™ Guide (A Guide to the OKR Body of Knowledge), along with webinars, e-learning courses, and practice materials that reinforce core OKR concepts and real-world implementation.
Schedule and Take Exam
Sit your proctored online exam through the portal. The assessment tests your knowledge of OKR principles, frameworks, alignment strategies, and performance measurement approaches.
Get Certified
Once you pass the final assessment, download your digital certificate and badge immediately. Your name will be listed in the OKRstudy™ global registry of certified professionals.
How to Schedule Your Exam
Booking your OKRstudy™ certification exam is straightforward and handled entirely through our professional portal.
Login to Portal
Visit online.vmedu.com and sign in to your certification account.
Go to My Exams
Navigate to the My Exams section from your dashboard to see all available exams.
Schedule Exam
Pick your preferred language, time zone, date, and time. A confirmation email will be sent once booked.
Exam Environment Requirements
Confirm your setup meets all of the following requirements before beginning the exam.
Webcam
A high-quality webcam is required for all proctored exams. It must be positioned to keep the exam candidate clearly in frame at all times, with nothing blocking the lens.
Internet
A reliable internet connection is essential for uninterrupted exam access. Use a desktop or laptop with a working microphone and speakers to connect with the proctoring platform.
Browser
Exams are delivered through modern web browsers. Proctored exams use a Google Meet-based proctoring system. Close all other websites, applications (such as Excel or Word), and ensure no additional devices are active in the room. Use a current browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
Quiet Room
Select a private, well-lit, and distraction-free space. Sit at a clear desk or table—not a bed or sofa—with no books, papers, or electronic devices nearby unless explicitly permitted. No other individuals or background noise are allowed during the exam.
Certification Validity
OKRstudy™ certifications are structured to keep practitioners aligned with evolving global standards and the latest advances in goal-setting methodology.
Validity Period
The majority of OKRstudy™ certifications (including OKRPC and OKROC) are valid for three calendar years from the date of issue. The OKR with AI Certified (OKRAIC™) credential is the exception, carrying lifetime validity.
Recertification
Keep your certification active by passing a Recertification Exam — half the length of the original and focused on updates to the OKRBOK™ Guide. You can also earn a higher-level certification, which automatically renews all prior credentials for an additional three years.
Continuous Learning
The Self-Certification path is also available. This requires documenting 40 hours of OKR-related study completed within the past three years, along with a brief summary of your professional development activities.
