Sign up for free on the OKRstudy™ portal. Your account is your central hub for study materials, progress tracking, and managing all aspects of your certification.

Enroll in Training

Select the learning format that works best for you. Attend a free 3-hour instructor-led virtual class covering the fundamentals, or sign up for advanced courses such as OKR Professional (OKRP) or OKR with Agile (OKRAC) through authorized global training providers.

Step 03

Prepare for Exam

Build your knowledge using the official OKRBOK™ Guide (A Guide to the OKR Body of Knowledge), along with webinars, e-learning courses, and practice materials that reinforce core OKR concepts and real-world implementation.

Step 04

Schedule and Take Exam

Schedule and complete your online unproctored exam through the portal. The assessment tests your knowledge of OKR principles, frameworks, alignment strategies, and performance measurement approaches.

Step 05

Get Certified

Once you pass the final assessment, download your digital certificate and badge immediately. Your name will be listed in the OKRstudy™ global registry of certified professionals.

Certification Validity

OKRstudy™ certifications are structured to keep practitioners aligned with evolving global standards and the latest advances in goal-setting methodology.

Validity Period - OKRstudy Certification

Validity Period

The majority of OKRstudy™ certifications (including OKRPC and OKROC) are valid for three calendar years from the date of issue. The OKR with AI Certified (OKRAIC™) credential is the exception, carrying lifetime validity.

Recertification - OKRstudy Certification

Recertification

Keep your certification active by passing a Recertification Exam — half the length of the original and focused on updates to the OKRBOK™ Guide. You can also earn a higher-level certification, which automatically renews all prior credentials for an additional three years.

Continuous Learning - OKRstudy Certification

Continuous Learning

The Self-Certification path is also available. This requires documenting 40 hours of OKR-related study completed within the past three years, along with a brief summary of your professional development activities.
